Art of the Guitar 2023

Foundation 45 presents Art of the Guitar, an art and music-filled event raising funds for the local nonprofit’s mental health programs and initiatives. This fundraiser will take place on Saturday, Oct. 21 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Life in Deep Ellum (2803 Taylor Street, Dallas, TX 75226). Alcohol-free and zero-free spirits will be available from Beyond the Bar Bottle Shop. Easy Slider food truck and a cash bar will both be on-site.

Foundation 45’s Art of the Guitar’s live auction will showcase 45 one-of-a-kind guitars. Each guitar was donated and then transformed into a work of art by a local artist. Along with the featured piece, auction winners will receive the stories of the artists and donors involved in the specific piece and the impact mental wellness has had on them. 16 of the 45 guitars were transformed into works of art by Booker T. Washington HSPVA Students.

Tickets to Art of the Guitar are $12 in advance available for purchase here and $15 at the door.
