The Mama Wellness Foundation presents “The Well Mama Brunch,” a transformative brunch dedicated to addressing the challenges and joys of motherhood during the fourth trimester, with a particular emphasis on combating postpartum depression. Our primary objective is to empower mothers by encouraging them to seek postpartum care, fostering the establishment of a support network, and offering health education that promotes their overall well-being. Our brunch consists of an expert led panel discussion, community circles, opportunities to learn about postpartum care service providers, and making new mama friends.
