Breathtaking swirls of light, color, and texture are cast onto the concert stage in a most unquiet night of music by Tōru Takemitsu, Augusta Read Thomas, John Heiss and Joseph Scwantner – closing with the world premiere of graduate assistant conductor Jared Beu’s The Orionids.
