2024 Day 1 DFW

Join Dallas-based nonprofit Vogel at one of their most popular events, Day 1 DFW! On Monday, January 1, Vogel will host its annual New Year’s Day event, Day 1 DFW, at the Irving Convention Center from noon-6 p.m. followed by a neon glow dance party featuring acclaimed Dallas favorite Emerald City Band from 6-7 p.m.

This family-friendly event will feature musical performances throughout the day, magic acts and interactive children’s activities like rock climbing, arts and crafts, inflatable slides, Zorb balls, cosmic golf, pickleball, a mechanical reindeer and more. In addition, a variety of superheroes, Star Wars and Minnie Mouse characters will make appearances. All proceeds from Day 1 DFW benefit Vogel’s mission to help young children and their families prevent & overcome the lasting and traumatic effects of homelessness and poverty.
