Vickery Trading Co is on a mission is to equip refugee women for long-term success through vocational training, personal development and fair wages. We teach refugee women how to sew and work in a business environment. Educational programs, mentoring, counseling and job placement services are available to each woman at VTC, and all refugees earn fair wages for their time and the clothing they produce.
Marie Mae Company
Marie Mae creates practical, professional, ethically-made gifts that give back. Each item purchased equals one hour of training for one person at the Marie Mae Business School, which includes classes and training for women and entrepreneurs around the world, and right here in Dallas.
Bonton Farms
Bonton Farms is driven by the mission to restore lives, create jobs and ignite hope in a once forgotten and neglected neighborhood with some of the most marginalized people. What started out as a garden in a small lot has grown into two fully functioning farms and the Bonton Market. We grow organic food and hope for a better tomorrow, right in the Bonton community and on a separate 40-acre farm south of Dallas. We’re determined to grow the best-tasting, healthiest produce in the city while inspiring hope in everyone around us. We also house free-range chickens, goats, turkeys, rabbits and beehives that provide an abundance of fresh eggs, milk and honey.

The mission of Kuluntu Bakery is to build community through baking & breaking bread in Dallas. Kuluntu Bakery specializes in sourdough loaves, as well as cakes, pies, and tarts. We work towards our mission by teaching baking workshops, hosting Ubuntu Supper Club, and partnering with like-minded organizations to teach workshops at their venues.
