Volunteer with Seniors in Long Term Care Housing this Holiday

FreeChristmas Gifts for Seniors is the We Are One Heart Foundation annual gift giving program in Texas (Denton, McKinney, Lewisville, Princeton and DFW Area).
The goal of the program is to prevent seniors in long term care housing from feeling isolation and depression during the holidays by giving them gifts. Seniors complete a wishlist with a volunteer and are matched with a donor aka “Santa” who sign up to Adopt-A-Senior on the website www.christmasgiftsforseniors.com
Last year’s volunteers wrapped and delivered over 2,000 holiday gifts to seniors from donors from all over the US. We need volunteers to help kick off the program this year.
If you are in these areas of Texas (Denton, McKinney, Lewisville, Princeton and DFW), please consider joining as volunteers starting as soon as November 15th in collecting wishlists.
