Summer Survivor Speaker Series: Andras Lacko

Join us to hear the testimony of Holocaust survivor Dr. Andras Lacko. Dr. Lacko was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1936. In a twist of fate, Lacko contracted scarlet fever in 1944 and was saved from ghettoization and subsequent deportation to Poland. He survived the Holocaust in a military hospital and was later reunited with his mother and father after the Soviet liberation of Budapest.
