The YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas is partnering with Crossroads Community Services to provide teens ages 13 – 15 with the opportunity to spend their summer vacation working at Crossroads Community Services. Teens part of the program have the tools and resources to learn about supply chain management and provide a space for them to work together, learn new skills, gain better decision-making and conflict resolution skills, while discovering something new about themselves.

*Space is limited to 20 participants per week. Participants must bring their lunch and have a reliable source of transportation to and from Crossroads. There will be an added weekly enrichment activity of an off-site field trip to various sites like Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Nickel Mania. Transportation to and from Crossroads will be provided for field trips.
