The 2023 edition of Broadway Anthems will feature well-known songs from classic Broadway shows including Guys and Dolls and South Pacific, as well as newer favorites from contemporary shows including Avenue Q and Hamilton.
The SMU Broadway Anthems troupe, which was formed in 2019, stages productions that involve singing, dancing, and acting; all skills necessary to be cast in musicals. The troupe has cultivated audiences at the SMU Cultural Institute at Taos each year in July and now opens this unique experience at Meadows.
