I’m Melinda Hudson, Sales and Community Manager at PREP Kitchens Dallas, and I’m reaching out to invite you to PREP Fest, our official Launch Celebration and community showcase.
Although we’ve been quietly operating for nearly a year, this event marks our official debut and a celebration of the incredible food entrepreneurs, chefs, and creators building their businesses at PREP.
About PREP Kitchens Dallas:
PREP is a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen facility and culinary hub designed to help small food businesses launch, grow, and thrive. We provide licensed kitchen spaces, business support, and a collaborative environment for chefs, caterers, bakers, food truck owners, and CPG brands.
Our mission goes beyond kitchen space, we’re working to make high-quality, diverse food more accessible across Dallas, especially in areas considered food deserts, while supporting the next generation of culinary entrepreneurs.
