Dallas Habitat for Humanity invites you to join us on Thursday, June 8th, from 12-1 p.m. for a virtual panel discussion about Blight—the decay and deterioration of an urban area—and the 2024 City of Dallas Bond.
This event brings together experts in housing policy and community development to discuss how Dallas can best address blight within its city limits, as well as what role the 2024 City of Dallas Bond will play in this effort.
The discussion will be moderated by Pastor Richie Butler, Senior Pastor of St. Luke Community UMC and Founder of Project Unity, and he’ll be joined by numerous local leaders for an important discussion about how to fight against blight in our communities.
Panelists:
William (Bill) Eubanks III, CEO, Dallas Area Habitat
James Armstrong III, President and Chief Executive Officer, Builders of Hope
David Noguera, Director of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization, City of Dallas
