On Thursday, Oct. 24, Earl Young’s Team (EYT) will host its inaugural Breakfast of Champions event to celebrate the organization’s mission of defeating blood cancer (such as leukemia and lymphoma) and blood disorders (including sickle cell disease and aplastic anemia) through donor awareness. This unforgettable event will bring together financial supporters, courageous patients who have received a second chance at life through the selfless act of marrow or blood stem cell donation, and the heroic donors who made that chance possible.
Since its inception, EYT has registered more than 27,000 potential donors through its partnership with DKMS, giving 132 patients the priceless gift of a second chance at life.
