Myrtis Evans: A Senior Serving Seniors
Myrtis Evans has picked up the baton from a true community servant, Mrs. Willie Mae Butler, providing Thanksgiving meals to senior citizens, 70 years and older, in South Dallas. This year the team at the Mark Cuban Heroes Center helped prepare and deliver 167 Cajun-style Thanksgiving meals created by chef Jared Chenevert and his team at the Bearded Chef Cajun Cuisine of Cedar Hill.
