Mission Oak Cliff Remains a Pillar of the Community During COVID-19

The recent health pandemic involving COVID-19 has caused many nonprofits to adapt to a new way of operation. With the unemployment rates continuing to rise, more and more people are relying on an organization like Mission Oak Cliff to help them reach the light at the end of the tunnel. In 2019 alone, Mission Oak Cliff was able to feed over 9,000 people. They were also able to provide clothes for over 1,500 families and are working to create a virtual version of their ESL classes.

A Texas-Sized Thank You from Jamie Reynolds to Special Needs Caregivers

Community Options, Inc. of Dallas was established in 1997 to provide residential and employment support services to individuals with disabilities living in (16) counties in the Northern Texas Region to include Dallas, Collin, Denton and other surrounding counties. Jamie Reynolds is the State Director for Texas, and she credits her career in social services and nonprofits to the example that her parents set in their work as first responders.
