Mike Gruber: The Southern Gateway Park
Mike Gruber is Chairman for the Southern Gateway Park, a $666 million deck-park project designed to bridge the divide between north and south Dallas, bringing green space and economic development to the underserved areas of Oak Cliff and nearby neighborhoods. Due to open in 2022, Southern Gateway Park will sit above 1-35, similar to extending the attraction area near the Dallas Zoo, and providing neighborhood activity space for local families.
