Café Momentum x Ruthie’s Rolling Café: Not a Normal Food Truck
Cafe Momentum is not a normal restaurant. And Ruthie’s Rolling Cafe is not a normal food truck. Together they are offering the family, experience, and employment necessary to end the cycle of juvenile recidivism after parole. With a 12-month training at Café Momentum and an externship at Ruthie’s, students are given opportunity and a voice.
