For the past 11 years, Michael Sorrell has taken lessons from his mother and grandmother and created a culture of leadership and service at Paul Quinn College. And it turns out that a focus on “we over me” is disrupting the typical model of higher education, creating opportunities for students to end the cycle of poverty.
