Chad Houser: Doing Right at Café Momentum
Chad Houser began his career as a young, up-and-coming chef in Dallas. But an experience teaching juvenile offenders how to make ice cream shifted his perspective. Chad now runs Café Momentum, a restaurant and a nonprofit creating restaurant internships for teenagers exiting the Dallas County Juvenile Detention Facilities.
