Senate Bill 12 was approved by the governor on June 18\, during Pride Month no less\, and will go into effect on September 1. For centuries\, Drag has served as a powerful form of self-expression\, artistic creativity\, and community building. Additionally\, Drag shows have historically been a safe haven for the LGBTQIA+ community\, offering a space where individuals can authentically express their true selves and find support and acceptance. \nBy attending Shantae’s Cabaret Drag Show\, you are not only supporting a captivating evening of entertainment but also contributing to the visibility and recognition of an art form that has played a crucial role in the fight for LGBTQIA+ rights and acceptance. Featuring two Dallas Hope Charities board members\, Shantaé Morgan and Miss Judy Ism\, your night is sure to be filled with laughter and entertainment. All proceeds from Shantaé’s Cabaret will go to providing food\, shelter\, and services that instill dignity\, stability and #HopeForAll! \nDoors Open at 5:30PM \nFeaturing:\n*Shantaé Morgan\n*Miss Judy Ism\nSTAY TUNED!
