DESCRIPTION:Inspire the Dream is a national initiative with ‘I Have a Dream Foundation’ that promotes culturally-responsive mentoring across the country. \nInspire the Dream mentorship provides individualised guidance and helps build social-emotional\, academic\, and self-advocacy. \nMentor Requirements:\nMust be a high school student or 18 and over\nMust be employed\, retired\, or a student\nCommit to one hour a week\nComplete screening requirements \nMentorship is offered to all Dreamer Scholars and places a special focus on building family engagement\, teaching anti-bullying strategies\, and being community centered. \nMentors can create a schedule with their mentee to determine which hour they can meet each week.
