Join us for NAMIWalks North Texas, a free, family-friendly event raising awareness and critical funds for NAMI North Texas’ no-cost mental health education and support programs. One in five adults in the U.S. experiences mental illness each year, and NAMI North Texas is dedicated to offering resources that support individuals and families impacted by mental health conditions.
While the walk takes place in The Colony, funds raised benefits programs throughout our service area — including Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Rockwall counties. Choose from 1-mile or 3-mile routes, visit local resource tables, enjoy fun activities for kids, and more!

NAMI North Texas provides programs like support groups, educational classes, and advocacy to create a stronger, more informed community. Participation is free, and peer-to-peer fundraising is encouraged.
